The conference was put on by the University of British Columbia <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iar.ubc.ca\/Centres\/cjr.aspx\">Centre for Japanese Research<\/a>.\u00a0The conference had excellent involvement from Japanese game companies like Bandai Namco, Sega, Capcom, and DeNA.
