It is part of OPEN SOURCE ART HACK, which I think is a NetArt Commons topic (but I am still figuring out the site) and an exhibit at the <a title=\"New Museum of Contemporary Art\" href=\"http:\/\/www.newmuseum.org\/\">New Museum of Contemporary Art<\/a> in New York.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nThe article, and others on the site, seem of a higher quality than those on other sites (they have bibliographies!).
