They have developed laser scanners that can digitize spaces and objects. They have also developed technologies for generating 3D spaces from images\/paintings and technologies for searching 3D databases.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nThe laser scanner has been licensed for various uses. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.arius3d.com\/index.html\">Arius3D<\/a> is working with universities and museums to scan heritage objects for preservation and communication.
