It includes such &#8220;firsts&#8221; as the first webcam to go online &#8211; watching a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cl.cam.ac.uk\/coffee\/coffee.html\">coffee pot at Cambridge University<\/a> (picture of it being disconnected <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cl.cam.ac.uk\/tmp\/xvcoffee.jpeg\">here<\/a>). Apparently the coffee percolator went offline in 2001 and was sold to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.spiegel.de\/netzwelt\/web\/0,1518,121330,00.html\">Speigel<\/a> (who seem to have put it, or another one, back online.) <\/p>\n<p>I suspect that dot.com crash was due to a lack of coffeecams.
