See, for example, the technical report on <a title=\"NewsBlip Research Papers\" href=\"http:\/\/www.newsblip.com\/tr\/\">Semantic Timelines<\/a> that he wrote. <a title=\"Historical Visualizations\" href=\"http:\/\/mcel.pacificu.edu\/JAHC\/JAHCIII3\/P-REVIEWS\/StaleyIII3.HTML\">Historical Visualizations<\/a>, by David Staley in the <a title=\"Journal of the Association for History and Computing\" href=\"http:\/\/mcel.pacificu.edu\/jahc\/jahcindex.htm\">JAHC: Journal of the Association for History and Computing<\/a> (vol. III, no. 3, Nov. 2000) surveys the ways visualization is used in history from concepts to timelines.<br \/>\nAnother similar project is the <a title=\"interface\" href=\"http:\/\/www3.iath.virginia.edu\/time\/time.html\">Temporal Modelling<\/a> project led by Johanna Drucker. She and Bethany Nowviskie have been working on visual forms of knowledge production.
